Reset your account password

Both users and admins can reset their password on their own. If you’ve forgotten your Qurioos account password, you can easily reset it using the Forgot password link.

How to reset your password

1. On the Log in page, click Forgot password.
2. Enter the email address linked to your Qurioos account.
3. If an account with that email exists, you’ll receive an email with a password reset link.
4. Click the link in the email.
5. Create a new password and save your changes.

Need to know

• The reset link expires after a set time for security purposes. If it expires, repeat the steps above.
• If you don’t receive the reset email, check your spam or junk folder.

Tip: For a stronger password, use a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
