Set up or edit your profile

All users, including admins, can personalize their Qurioos profile so others in the account can easily recognize them.

About profiles

Your profile can include:

• Photo
• First name
• Last name
• Email (required for account access)
• Custom fields (these vary by account. Some accounts may include extra details like group, UID, country, role, etc.)

Keeping your profile up to date ensures your information is accurate and makes collaboration easier.

How to set up or edit your profile

1. Click your name anywhere it appears in your Qurioos account (usually in the bottom-left or top-right corner).
2. Select Profile from the dropdown menu.
3. On the profile page, update your details:
   • Upload or change your profile photo
   • Edit your name and email
   • Fill in any custom fields available for your account
4. Save your changes.

Need to know

• Your email address is required and used for login and important account notifications.
• Custom fields are set by your account admin and may not be available for every account.
