Exporting and using progress reports

Progress reports in Qurioos give a detailed view of how users are engaging with content, from Subjects down to individual Modules. These reports are designed for both quick analysis and AI-assisted insights.

How to export a progress report

1. Go to Users in the navigation menu.
2. Click Export progress reports.
3. A CSV file will be downloaded with user and progress data.

What’s included in the CSV

Each row contains information for one user, including:

• User ID
• First Name
• Last Name
• Email
• Role (e.g., Admin, User)
• Status (e.g., Active, Inactive)
• Created At (account creation date)
• Subject(s) Progress and Correct Answers %
• Level(s) Progress and Correct Answers %
• Path(s) Progress and Correct Answers %
• Module(s) Progress and Correct Answers %

This structure repeats for each Subject in the content hierarchy (Level, Path, Module).
